Loh Yoke Yen

Since 2016, Yen is the heart and soul of our operations. As our Customer Service/Finance Senior Executive, she is the one who goes above and beyond, often literally, to make sure every client’s appointment runs like clockwork. Patient as a saint and persuasive as a good friend, she explains the wonders of hearing aids with such clarity that even those who just came in to “look around” leave convinced they’ve found the best hearing centre in Singapore, at KIND, of course!

When she’s not helping clients rediscover the joy of hearing, Yen is out conquering the island on public transport or her trusty bike in search of the next delicious meal. She is proof that good food is always worth a detour (or two). And when it’s time to unwind, you will find her with a paddle in hand, no, not cooking, but playing Pickleball. An adventurer at heart, Yen once took a nine month backpacking trip across 23 countries in 43 cities, proof that her stamina and curiosity are boundless.  Energetic and cheerful, Yen keeps KIND running smoothly.
